U.S. Bank is seeking a Travel & Expense/Corporate Card Operations Manager to lead its reimbursements and card programs with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder partnership.

You will manage a team, drive strategic initiatives, and work across CPS, Procurement, HR, and Product teams in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in travel and expense systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience in travel, expense, or corporate card operations.
• Experience leading projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead travel, expense, and corporate card operations team and coach staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations supporting reimbursements and programs.
• Ensure quality service, operational effectiveness, and policy compliance.
• Partner with CPS, Procurement, HR, and Product & Strategy teams.
• Oversee card administration, escalations, and controls.
• Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Lead projects, support system enhancements, and testing.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and customers.
