Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking an Impact Executive Director to oversee operations of assigned communities across multiple states. This travel-based leadership role requires on-site leadership during vacancies and transitions, with full authority for community performance.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, staffing, financial stewardship, and stakeholder relations. Travel up to 80–100% is expected, with lodging and meal allowances provided as per program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing current state Administrator license/ certification.
• At least 18 years of age and ongoing licensure maintenance.
• Experience leading teams in senior living operations.

Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day operations of assigned communities with on-site leadership.
• Provide leadership during vacancies, transitions, or emergencies.
• Lead and stabilize community leadership teams and frontline staff.
