Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead the Operations of Assisted Living communities across Illinois and Indiana. The role focuses on achieving occupancy targets, directing staff, and ensuring service excellence with strong community relations.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for seniors, proven leadership, and experience in operations and sales. Willingness to travel 100% to communities is required to succeed in this regional role.

Qualifications

• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and the community at large.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Minimum of three years of experience in an operational setting.
• Must have prior sales experience.
• Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
