Bonaventure Senior Living seeks an Engaged Traveling Executive Director to guide luxury senior living communities across Oregon and Washington, driving occupancy, leading teams, and ensuring top-tier resident care.

The role requires an Administrator's License or ability to obtain one, strong sales and financial oversight, and a passion for senior living excellence. Expect travel between communities and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Oregon and Washington.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Travel to different communities across Oregon and Washington.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring exceptional service and quality care.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members to create an engaging and welcoming community.
• Drive occupancy and census growth by partnering with the sales team and helping prospective residents feel at home.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling expenses and achieving operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Build a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall community success.
