Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Worcester, MA. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, with nights and a 36-hour weekly schedule, under the supervision of our clinical team.

The role requires ER RN experience, valid state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Benefits and competitive pay accompany a traveler-friendly package.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience
• Valid RN license in state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC)
• PALS or ENPC certification

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage and assessment of patients on arrival
• Explain procedures to patients and families
• Administer medications per emergency protocols
• Assist physicians during procedures and emergencies
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in the ED
• Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
