Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in Brockton, MA. Work 36 hours per week on the night shift, providing rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED setting.

You will triage, treat, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and excellent outcomes. The role requires one year of ER RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS or ENPC preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ER RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival, prioritizing care by severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency procedures and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED stay.
