Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 14-week assignment in Boston, MA. You will provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and travel benefits.

Requirements include 1 year of ER RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. This travel opportunity offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED; document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, paramedics, and staff to ensure patient safety.
