Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Austin, Texas. The selected candidate will work Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in a fast-paced ED, for a 13-week contract, totaling 36 hours per week.

The ideal RN must hold an active license, possess TNCC and ENPC by start date, and have ACLS/BLS certifications, with 2+ years of ED experience preferred. ARMStaffing offers benefits, housing/travel support, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications required by start date.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Preferred: >2 years in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and manage patient care in the ED.
• Assist in urgent and critical procedures including LP, intubations, lac repairs, and more.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records using Meditech EMR.
