Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Austin, TX. Start date 10/18/2026 for 12 weeks at 36 hours per week, with 12-hour nights. Travel experience preferred; active RN license required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Eighteen months of recent ER acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Travel nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Prioritize injuries based on medical need via triage.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients’ physical and mental health.
• Provide care in the Emergency Room for a variety of conditions.
