Job summary

Level99 Entertainment seeks an experienced Installation Team Manager to lead traveling installation crews during build-out and opening phases of new venues. You will coordinate with the Director of Install, project managers, GCs, vendors, and artists to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Level99 quality standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires calm under pressure, rigorous safety practices, and extensive travel (250+ days/year).

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience on large entertainment installation projects.
• Leadership for high-pressure venue openings and stakeholder management.
• Strong site organization and multi-trade coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with GCs, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Technical proficiency in modular systems, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, carpentry and electronics.
• Ability to perform onsite field verifications and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation teams for national venue builds and retrofits.
• Manage installation of modular walls, electro-mechanical systems, and venue art per specs.
• Direct daily operations, sequencing work and resolving issues to optimize budget and timeline.
• Act as primary site contact for construction teams, GCs, and vendors for RFIs and milestones.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and equipment protocols through briefings and inspections.
• Monitor labor, materials, and expenses; report variances and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues leveraging team expertise in carpentry, wiring, electronics.
• Ensure high workmanship and environmental standards aligned with Level99 brand.
• Develop and mentor the team; travel logistics and team travel management.
• Provide daily/weekly progress and safety reports to stakeholders.
