Job summary

The Extended Assignment Travel RN - Emergency Department at Wellstar Health System is a critical care role within an interdisciplinary team ensuring high-quality patient care. Licensed nurses collaborate with nurse managers and leaders under the WellStar governance model and core practices.

RN competencies align with Georgia standards and Wellstar ethics. As part of a 13-week surge assignment during Oct–March, you will work 36 hours per week on a 4-week cycle, with potential additional contracts

Qualifications

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes) in clinical care using evidence-based practice.
• Uses analytical/critical thinking to ensure care is individualized.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Maintains effective communication with patients and health care teams.

Responsibilities
