Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care accommodating cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and involve patients and families in care planning.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with policies and standards.
