Job summary

The Extended Assignment Travel RN – Emergency Department at WellStarHealth System is a travel nurse position for a 13-week surge assignment, with 36 hours per week and no guaranteed hours or benefits. Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN Licensure required; BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS certifications required on hire.
• Emergency Department experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing processes and delivers individualized patient care.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborates with care teams through rounds, reports, and handoffs.
• Maintains documentation and compliance with standards and policies.
• Participates in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
