Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice to provide individualized care.
• Coordinate care through effective communication and teamwork.
• Document timely and accurate patient records in the unit’s system.
• Support performance improvement and participate in shared governance as applicable.
• Adhere to safety goals and professional standards during shift work.
