Job summary

Slifco Electric, LLC seeks an experienced Travel Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from bidding through execution and closeout. You will be the key contact for clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role covers estimating, scheduling, cost management, and team leadership across multi‑million‑dollar projects while maintaining Slifco Electric’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management and estimating.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience with estimating software (Accu-Bid, McCormick).
• Ability to manage estimates over $1M and annual project volumes around $3M–$4M.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid process including pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs.
• Assemble final bid proposals with labor, materials, subcontractors, and costs.
• Lead contract negotiations and final scope review.
• Serve as primary project contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Establish and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate meetings with trades, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, and document revisions.
