Job summary

Emmanuel College in Boston is seeking an Admissions Representative to work with the undergraduate admissions team to recruit qualified students and meet enrollment goals. This temporary role runs from October 1 to December 1, 2026, with a possible extension depending on need.

You will recruit domestic first-year students through high school visits, college fairs, and programs, interview prospects by various means, participate in Open Houses and campus tours, and assist with initial application

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident presenter with ability to interview prospective students.
• Ability to work independently and learn Emmanuel College's mission.

Responsibilities

• Recruit domestic first-year students through high school visits, college fairs and other programs (extensive travel).
• Communicate with and interview prospective students via email, phone, or video chat to encourage applications.
• Participate in on-campus and virtual admissions programs, including tours, information sessions, and Open House events.
• May perform initial application review as needed.
