Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in college admissions, orientation, or student-facing office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit students for the college and assist in meeting admissions and revenue targets.
• Communicate with and advise prospective students as necessary.
• Provide counseling to parents, applicants, and counselors regarding admissions policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with prospective students and family members; schedule meetings and provide information about campus life, programs, tuition, and courses of study.
• Review and evaluate undergraduate admissions applications and make decisions (accept, defer, waitlist, or reject).
• Plan and execute spring and fall recruitment schedules, events, and travel; visit high schools and host one-on-one meetings in assigned areas.
