Our Travel/Float Directors of Nursing will work at assigned Trilogy locations as an Interim Director of Nursing. Although we try to keep you close to home, we are looking for candidates willing to travel.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead our Nursing Services Department following federal, state, and local standards
• Coordinate nursing and resident services to provide world-class care
• Collaborate with department leaders on resident care from admission to discharge
• Perform daily rounds to observe residents and support nurses
• Monitor medication distribution and treatment schedules
• Ensure weekend coverage and on-call duties are managed
• Implement onboarding and orientation for new staff
• Participate in facility inspections by government agencies
• This position requires travel between our senior living communities
