TotalMed RN seeks a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires 40 hours weekly with 10-hour day shifts. Start date ASAP, travel nursing emphasis in cardiovascular surgery; supports a dynamic OR team with responsibilities from pre-op to post-op care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold ACLS/BLS certifications. Flexibility, strong clinical skills, and ability to handle rapid patient turnover are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• CVOR or cardiovascular surgery exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage sterile equipment in the OR.
• Coordinate the operating room flow and handle specimens properly.
