TotalMed RN is seeking a CVOR travel nurse to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This RN will circulate for cardiothoracic procedures during a 13‑week assignment, working 40 hours per week on 10‑hour day shifts.

Start date is 09/28/2026, with BLS/ACLS required and 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred. The role involves supporting a team of physicians and OR staff, maintaining aseptic technique, and ensuring patient safety throughout perioperative care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years acute care RN experience required.
• CVOR nursing experience and sterile technique knowledge preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Circulate for cardiothoracic procedures in CVOR setting.
• Assist physicians and maintain sterility in OR.
• Monitor patient status before, during and after procedures.
• Administer medications and manage dressings per protocol.
• Coordinate OR readiness and equipment availability.
