Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Multimodality CT/X-Ray Technologist for a night shift in a Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital’s emergency department. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and dual ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, plus BLS/ACLS and SCRQSA credentials.

Travel experience and experience with contrast media are required, with responsibilities spanning CT and X-ray in a high-acuity setting. Magnet-designated teaching hospital environment and 3x12 night shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (ACLS within 2–3 weeks of hire).
• SCRQSA certification required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Multimodality technologist role covering CT and X-Ray in Emergency/Urgent Care.
• Night shift 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Every other weekend.
• No on-call requirement.
• Possible float to like units within scope.
• 1:1 patient ratio.
• Performs abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, chest, and cardiac/vascular CT imaging.
• Uses 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement for post-processing.
• Follows isolation precautions and radiation safety protocols.
