Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment at an acute care hospital. ARRT certification and BLS are required, with ND licensure if applicable. The role demands 2+ years of experience, including Level I/II Trauma and 400+ bed hospital settings.

The technician will perform general imaging (CR-DR), fluoroscopy, C-arm, and cartography, using EPIC EMR and PACS. Travel experience is highly preferred and housing options are provided.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and BLS required
• ND state licensure required if applicable
• 2+ years of experience required
• Level I/II Trauma experience required
• Experience in a 400+ bed hospital required

Responsibilities

• Acute care hospital setting within a 223-bed facility attached to a multidisciplinary clinic
• Performs general CR-DR imaging, fluoroscopy, c-arm, and cartography procedures
• Trauma imaging experience required
• Uses EPIC EMR and PACS (McKesson) systems, along with GE, Phillips, Carestream, and Toshiba equipment
• Straight night shifts, including straight weekends (Friday-Sunday, 1:00pm-1:00am)
• Shift lengths may include 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• On-call rotation required
• May float to OR, ER, and perform portable x-rays throughout the hospital
• Works independently
• Holiday coverage required as applicable
• Unit-specific training includes EMR orientation and equipment/protocol review by the department
• Gray scrubs provided by facility
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Travel experience highly preferred
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Local candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Previous Sanford Health employees must have an end date at least 6 months prior to their submission date
