American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts in a high-volume hospital setting. You will perform CT and X-ray imaging for ED and inpatient populations, with emphasis on trauma and stroke support. Epic EMR is used for charting, and travel-ready accommodations may apply.

Requirements include ARRT CT and BLS, 2+ years CT/X-ray experience, and SC Radiology licensure if applicable. Experience with GE/Siemens equipment and contrast media handling is a plus.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift position requiring ARRT CT, ARRT R, and at least 2 years of CT/X-ray experience.

Requirements

• ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), and BLS certification required
• SC Radiology license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered CT and X-ray technologist
• At least 1 year of experience with Epic EMR required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Skilled in abdomen and pelvis imaging, including with/without contrast studies
• Experience with head and neck imaging including carotid, sinuses, and trauma head studies
• Proficient in spine and musculoskeletal imaging including cervical, lumbar, and thoracic studies
• Experience with chest imaging including CTA, pulmonary embolism, and aorta studies
• Preferred experience with brain perfusion, enterography, and cardiac CT (calcium scoring, coronary angiography)
• Preferred experience with GE and Siemens equipment
• Skilled in contrast media preparation/administration, radiation safety, and isolation precautions
• Peripheral IV starting skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Covers X-ray and CT services for both ED and inpatient populations
• Two technologists staffed per shift handling imaging and patient transport to/from the ED
• Radiologists staffed off-site with Perfect Serve secure paging available for consultation
• Primary stroke center setting
• Uses Epic Radiant for radiology charting
• 3x12 hour night shifts, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• No on-call requirement for this schedule
• May float to other qualified units or campuses based on competencies
• First-time travelers will be considered based on experience
• Hunter green scrubs required
• Orientation held every Monday with annual compliance training
• Perform diagnostic CT and X-ray imaging for ED and inpatient populations, including patient transport as needed
