American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for an acute care facility in Wisconsin. Requires ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certification along with BLS and 1+ year CT experience. Must be able to start IVs.

Coverage across ED, Inpatient, and Outpatient areas with 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week). Evenings, some weekends; Siemens CT, Cerner EMR, Sectra PACS; on-site radiologist until 10 PM with overnight remote coverage.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT and Radiography (R) certifications.
• License required if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• Must be able to start IVs.

Responsabilités

• Acute care setting with CAH coverage.
• Operate 1 CT scanner in Outpatient and 1 in ED.
• Coverage across ED, Inpatient, and Outpatient areas.
• Average of 40 scans per day.
• Uses Cerner EMR and Sectra PACS.
• Siemens CT equipment.
• Always 1 X-ray and 1 CT tech in-house, except overnight.
• Evening shifts Mon–Fri; some weekend/PM shifts.

• Weekend/holiday coverage on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Acute care, Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
• Department operates 1 CT scanner in Outpatient and 1 in ED
• Coverage required across ED, Inpatient, and Outpatient areas
• Average of 40 scans/studies per day
• Uses Cerner EMR and Sectra PACS
• Siemens CT equipment
• Always 1 X-ray and 1 CT tech in-house, except overnight shifts
• Evening shifts Monday through Friday, with some weekend day or PM shifts
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Weekend and holiday coverage on rotation with staff
• Radiologist on-site until 10 PM, with tele/remote radiologist coverage overnight
• Lead Tech oversees the department
• No RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants) used on this unit
• Provide patient care in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• 1 week of department-specific orientation provided
• No call or standby requirement
• No specified scrub color and scrubs are not provided
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
• Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local, with a reduced pay rate
• Former Marshfield employees must have an end date at least 6 months prior to application
