American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist to support a Multi-Modality Specialist role in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting. You will perform X-ray and CT exams, operate a Siemens CT scanner, and document in Epic EMR.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT certification, an radiologic technology degree, and a state license if required, with BLS and potential advanced modality certifications as a plus. Shift targets include weekend coverage and mobile imaging as needed.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Multi-Modality Specialist role requiring ARRT certification and proficiency in both X-ray and CT imaging.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• RT license required in state of practice (license required if applicable)
• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years technical experience preferred
• Certification in two additional advanced modalities (CT, Mammography, MRI, or Sonography) preferred
• Must safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs
• Must safely prepare contrast agents for imaging procedures

Responsibilities

• Critical access hospital setting within a 25-bed facility
• Perform both x-ray and CT modalities on a regular basis
• Uses Siemens CT scanner and Epic EMR
• Day shift schedule, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 0600-1830
• Performs mobile imaging examinations (radiographic and fluoroscopic) as needed
• Performs two modalities competently in support of departmental operational goals
• Tests defibrillator and checks integrity of crash cart
• Accepts local candidates with no radius rule and local rates matching travel rates
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will be automatically declined
• Candidates with a prior negative licensure action will not be considered
