Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a dual-modality CT/X-ray Technologist for a travel assignment at a community facility in Taos, NM. The role requires CT experience, with preference for CT certification and trauma background.

Expect 1:1 patient care and rotating day, swing, and night shifts with weekends. The ideal candidate has 3+ years CT experience, BLS and licenses as applicable, and is within 75 miles of the facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CT experience required.
• CT certification preferred but not required.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC preferred.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Dual modality role covering both CT and X-Ray.
• Schedule varies between day, swing, and night shifts.
• Shift lengths may include 8-hour or 12-hour schedules, such as five 8-hour shifts or a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.
• Rotating weekends required.
• Patient ratio of 1:1.
• No floating to affiliate hospitals required.
• Returning travelers accepted if more than 6 months have passed since their last assignment.
• Facility enforces a zero-tolerance policy for marijuana use, including THC testing.

• Must live within 75 miles of the facility
