American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT (R)(CT) certification to work varied shifts in a Level II trauma center's Computed Tomography department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Experience in Trauma Center, ED, Outpatient, Inpatient, and ICU settings required
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Cerner EHR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• 225-bed specialty care hospital offering Heart & Vascular, Cancer, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics services
• Level II trauma center
• CT department equipped with 3 scanners, including GE Revolution and GE Evo
• Serves all patient populations including geriatric, adult, and pediatric
• Uses Cerner EHR
• Varied shift schedule, typically nights (10P-6A or 6P-6A) with days/afternoons as needed
• Weekend hours as needed, working 6A-6P or 6P-6A shifts, every other weekend
• No call requirements
• No float requirements
• Located in Marquette, the largest community in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and home to Northern Michigan University
• Region's premier destination for imaging, surgery, and laboratory services
• Fast-paced work environment requiring independent judgment
• Candidates must live 60+ miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
