Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and at least 1 year of CT experience to work independent weekend shifts on Siemens scanners. Shift schedule is 3x12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required with minimum 1 year CT experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a registered radiology technologist.
• No new grads permitted to work alone.
• Prior CT experience in a Trauma/Cardiac facility preferred.
• Siemens equipment experience required.
• Venipuncture experience preferred.
• Angiography and biopsy experience preferred but not required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Radiology/CT department position.
• 3x12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• 36 hours per week.
• Saturday and Sunday shifts are primarily worked independently.
• Equipment includes 2 Siemens Somatom Drive 256-slice CT scanners.
• No RTO permitted from September 1 through November 15 due to facility EPIC conversion.
• Virtual interview required as part of the hiring process.
• Dress code is Caribbean Blue and Black scrubs, any combination of 2 excluding black on black.
• Tobacco-free campus with substance abuse and drug-free workplace policy.
• Local candidates within 50 miles considered at a reduced rate.
