Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Scan Technologist for a weekend night assignment in an acute care setting. The role requires 2+ years CT experience, ARRT and BLS certifications, and may require MRT licensure if applicable. You will support ER and inpatient scanning, perform CTA, and work MEDHOST EDIS EMR. Weekend nights, call, and travel considerations apply.

Candidates should meet all certification requirements and be willing to work holidays when scheduled, with RTO under one week.

Qualifications

• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• CT scanner unit supports ER and inpatient scanning.
• Perform CTA and trauma-related CT scanning.
• Use MEDHOST EDIS EMR system.
• Weekend night shifts: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Call required; no 48-hour guarantee.
• Holiday work may be required during scheduled nights.
• RTO requests < 1 week; no gaps >90 days in past year.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Scan Technologist for a weekend night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of acute care CT experience.

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA approved)
• TMB MRT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience in an acute care setting
• Experience with CTA, trauma, ICU, and stroke patient scanning required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment

Responsibilities

• 224-bed acute care hospital setting
• CT Scanner unit supporting ER and inpatient scanning
• Patient population includes trauma, ICU, and stroke cases
• Performs CTA and trauma-related CT scanning
• Uses MEDHOST EDIS EMR system
• Weekend night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Call required
• No 48-hour guarantee
• Required to work holidays if they fall on a scheduled week night shift during the assignment
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Solid color scrubs of any color permitted
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates will not be considered
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
