American Traveler is seeking a Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist (CT/MRI/X-Ray) with 2+ years of radiology experience and ARRT certification in CT and MRI. The role requires ARRT RT certification, BLS, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing and walking for extended periods.

This on-site position in Montana features a day shift with 6 on/8 off, 12-hour shifts, and no on-call obligation. The facility emphasizes independent operation with attention to safety and accuracy,

Qualifications

• Active Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable.
• ARRT advanced certification in CT and MRI required.
• ARRT(RT) certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Graduate of CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalent with documented competencies in Radiology, CT, and MRI.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Performs MRI, CT, and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures for all patient populations, including NICU, CCU, and ED.
• Day shift schedule with 6 on/8 off rotation, 12-hour shifts.
• No on-call requirement.
• No expectation to work additional holidays, though holidays falling on regular rotation are expected to be worked.
• Operates independently with limited to no supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Assists medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as requested.
• Completes documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
• Expected to support and train peersWorks in a busy, fast-paced environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, and infectious diseases.
• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances.
• Candidates must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered.
