American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position in Fredericksburg, TX. The role requires 2 years of experience and BLS certification, with state license if applicable. You will support multiple specialties in a 5-OR unit, with day shift and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical technology.
• BLS certification required.
• State license required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Surgery unit with operating rooms.
• Day shift 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; 5x8s.
• 1:1 patient ratios.
• Use of ENT microscope, Boston Scientific Moses Laser, Stryker towers, Intuitive Robot X series, Stealth ENT navigation, Olympus ENDO, ERCP and EUS scopes.
• Meditech Expanse EMR.
• No floating.
• On-call 2–3 days/week and 1–2 weekends/month.
• Support surgical procedures across orthopedic, general, robotic, vascular, and gynecological cases.
