Qualifications

• Experience with USAccess Registrar and Activator training or comparable credentialing program.
• Ability to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations.
• Knowledge of PIV/Smart IDs and credential issuance processes.

Responsibilities

• View and manage daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue PIV/Smart IDs, PAC cards, and activation of SmartID Cards.
• Perform certificate rekey, PIN resets, and card updates.
• Log cards using Credential Inventory Tool (CIT) and maintain inventory.
• Contact employees to schedule pick-up and activate SmartID.
• Issue PAC Cards and Access Cards; handle termination credentials for destruction.
• Keep daily site reports and perform Registrar and Activator duties as required.
• Travel up to 40% to support IRS credentialing and activation efforts; shift work may be required.
