Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Travel Coordinator to arrange travel for internal and external business clients, manage records, and perform administrative tasks for the Vendor Relations team. The role requires coordinating group travel to Pontiac, MI and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Concur Travel Software, background in travel coordination and hospitality management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with Concur Travel Software is highly preferred.
• Background in Travel Coordination and Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; onsite attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange travel for internal and external clients by determining requirements, schedules and costs.
• Support UWM team members' travel needs and coordinate group travel to UWM headquarters in Pontiac, MI.

Job description

The Travel Coordinator will arrange travel for internal and external business clients by determining their travel requirements, while considering applicable schedules and costs. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining business travel records and will be expected to perform various administrative functions for the Vendor Relations team.

• Coordinating group travel to UWM headquarters in Pontiac, MI

What We Need From You

• Experience with Concur Travel Software highly preferred
• Background in Travel Coordination and Hospitality Mangement highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills - in person and over the phone.
• High school diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excels in a team oriented environment
• Travel agency experience preferred (but not required)
• Onsite attendance is required
