UWM is seeking a Travel Coordinator to arrange travel for internal and external clients and keep travel records up to date. You will support UWM team members, and coordinate group travel to the Pontiac, MI campus, while maintaining strong customer service and admin accuracy.
The role requires onsite attendance, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with travel coordination and hospitality management. Concur Travel Software experience is highly preferred.
The Travel Coordinator will arrange travel for internal and external business clients by determining their travel requirements, while considering applicable schedules and costs. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining business travel records and will be expected to perform various administrative functions for the Vendor Relations team.
