United Wholesale Mortgage on its Pontiac campus is seeking a Campus Concierge to support a wide range of facilities tasks, from event setup to mail delivery and daily operations. If you take pride in a varied role and enjoy helping keep the workplace running smoothly, this is your role.

You will partner with team leaders on cleaning, dining and catering setup, and respond quickly to evolving needs with energy and reliability.

The Campus Concierge supports a wide range of responsibilities from event setup, cleaning, organization, mail delivery, and other key responsibilities. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety, and love being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Enjoy a role full of variety and purpose — no two days are exactly alike as you support evolving needs with energy and adaptability.
• Partner with team leaders to support office and restroom cleaning, mail delivery, catering setup, and other tasks as assigned.
• Event setup, cleanup, and reset so every occasion runs seamlessly.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with a broad range of facilities‑related tasks that keep the workplace running at its best.
• Communicate proactively and coordinate with your team to ensure assigned projects are completed with care and on time.
