Qualifications

• You have travel agent experience.
• Knowledge of GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Understand client travel policies and provide consultation.
• Fulfill requests regarding regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
• Provide industry information such as fare options, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to review processes and relationships with clients for improvements.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industries supported.
