BCD Travel is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to serve as the face of our company, handling current and new client requests and helping them travel smart. You will communicate effectively and deliver expert travel guidance.

The role focuses on reservations, policy adherence, regulatory handling, and maintaining industry knowledge to optimize client relationships and travel outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with travel policies, procedures and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Provide consultation to customers based on client travel policy.
• Fulfill requests related to regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
• Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties.
• Review opportunities to improve operational processes and client relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of current state of travel industries.
