Job summary

BCD Travel is hiring a Travel Agent (Remote) to search and confirm travel reservations while applying client travel policies and regulatory requirements. You’ll provide low fares, exchange costs, and penalties, and support ongoing service improvements for our customers.

Ideal candidates have travel agent experience, Sabre GDS proficiency, and strong English communication. You’ll join a global team that values flexibility, growth, and inclusive collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• Travel agent experience required.
• GDS Sabre experience or strong familiarity.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Understand client travel policies and provide consultation.
• Handle regulatory requirements (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
• Provide client with industry information such as fares, changes and penalties.
• Suggest improvements to operational processes and client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industries supported.
