Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent (Steel Erect Construction) to lead crews on PEMB projects nationwide.

This full-time role requires extensive travel and offers a base salary of $110,000–$140,000 with a potential 35% annual bonus based on KPIs. Preferred candidates have 10+ years in construction with at least 5 years in steel erection, 5+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of PEMB systems.

• 10+ years in construction with 5+ years in SE/ PEMB.
