Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in steel erection or pre-engineered metal buildings.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in erecting Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and mentor jobsite personnel.
• Manage relationships with customers and subcontractors.
