Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of accuracy and accountability.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel docs.
• Review reservations and travel documents for total accuracy.
• Coordinate with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents.
• Maintain records in CRM and reservation systems.
