Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Travel Consultant in Hollister, MO (Ridgedale area). You will handle reservations both verbally and by email, upsell room options and packages, and deliver personalized guest service to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a solid knowledge of resort offerings. Eligible candidates enjoy full-time benefits and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.

• Handle reservations verbally and via email with accuracy.
• Inform and upsell guests on promotions, rooms, and packages.
• Provide outstanding guest service and quick response to inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and booking procedures.
