WorldVia Travel Network is seeking a Community Manager to steward its Member Hubs and communities, ensuring active, welcoming, and on-brand engagement across private groups, live events, and WorldVia.PRO. The role emphasizes programming, content, and consistent member interaction to drive value and growth.

The ideal candidate communicates warmly, thrives on live formats, and brings strong organizational skills to maintain participation and recognition programs for members in the travel advisor

Qualifications

• Experience in community management or online communities.
• Strong written voice and comfort on live streams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track participation and milestones.
• Self-directed, proactive approach to maintaining on-brand spaces.
• Familiarity with travel advisor or membership-based businesses is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture WorldVia Member Hubs and related programs.
• Moderate private Facebook groups and the broader members-only community.
• Plan and host livestreams, Q&As, member spotlights, and other formats.
• Track and recognize member milestones and progression.
• Support in-person and virtual member events and field activities.
