Job summary

WorldVia Travel Network seeks a Community Manager to steward and energize our Member Hubs and members. You will manage conversations, drive events, and maintain a welcoming, on-brand presence across private groups, hub pages, and live or virtual events.

You will shape vibrant experiences, ensure consistent engagement, and celebrate member milestones, while collaborating with internal teams to optimize recognition and outreach. Travel-industry familiarity is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in community management, social media engagement, or member-facing programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of WorldVia’s Member Hubs and communities.
• Plan and run Hub monthly meetings with agendas and speakers.
• Moderate private groups and enforce community guidelines to maintain brand voice.
• Maintain consistent daily presence across community spaces and events.
• Welcome new members and guide engagement across hubs and programs.
• Plan and host livestreams and other engagement-driven formats; publish non-educational content.
• Track member progression and coordinate recognition and outreach workflows.
• Support on-the-ground community aspects at events and meet-ups.
