Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel among Benedictine facilities, delivering direct resident care with dignity and respect while honoring residents' choices.

You will work across a Benedictine region, supporting an engaged team of associates and residents in a compassionate environment. The role requires reporting condition changes to RN/LPN, strong time management, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
