Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community seeks a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple Benedictine facilities.

You will report condition changes to nursing staff and document in the POC system, while balancing time management and task prioritization in a travel-heavy role. Must maintain active nursing assistant registry status, possess strong communication skills and English proficiency, and hold a BLS certification to support residents with dignity and respect across the Benedictine

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
