Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RN or LPN, and chart in the POC system. The role requires travel within a Benedictine region and strong time management and prioritization skills.

Candidates must be in good standing on the CNA registry, have solid communication abilities, read and write English proficiently, and hold BLS certification. A robust benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
