Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel among facilities providing direct resident care with dignity and respect. The role requires travel within a Benedictine region and reporting changes to RNs/LPNs, with charting in the POC system.

You must hold a CNA certification in good standing and BLS, and you must read, write, and communicate in English. This position supports a mission-driven, non-profit senior care environment and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in the POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
• Travel to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
