Qualifications

• Completed a state-approved CNA program.
• Valid Minnesota CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• HIPAA compliance training.
• Minimum one year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
• Able to wear scrubs and solid shoes, no Crocs.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment consistent with facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and patient comfort.
• Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing scrubs and solid shoes, and following safety guidelines.
