Job summary

ConnectedHealth seeks a certified Nursing Assistant for a travel assignment in Morgan, Minnesota. The role provides guaranteed 40 hours per week, with all hours paid at up to $33 per hour, and a consistent 5x8 day/pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to work 5x8-hour day/pm shifts.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Commitment to a 40-hour workweek.
• Residence within approximately one hour of the facility.
• Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care under nursing staff direction.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses or appropriate staff.
• Obtain and record vital signs and other patient information as assigned.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standards.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and team members.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other CNA duties within certification scope and facility requirements.
